Training is a bit different, however. There’s a point where exerting more effort actually becomes counter-productive. Most people are aware of this concept, but they aren’t aware of how easy it is to overtrain, and how to spot it.

If you have an exercise program in place already or maybe you don’t have one at all and are looking for something to get started with, finding time for taking care of yourself is extremely important for not only you but your family as well. But sometimes, just mustering the energy for hard core cardio really isn’t that appealing. I’m not saying that’s the case everyday but on low energy days that is definitely the case for me!
